Terms of Use

Effective October 24, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and TrueMatter, Inc. (“we”, “us”) for your use of the Power app, its Apple Watch app and widgets, and this website (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Using Power

Power gives you a training and nutrition plan generated from the information you provide. You need an account, and you must be 16 or older to use it. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell Power and for activity on your account.

2. Not medical advice

Power is a fitness product, not a medical one. Its plans, targets and coaching are general guidance, not diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training or nutrition programme, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or have a medical condition, and stop and seek advice if something hurts. You exercise at your own risk.

3. Your plan and AI features

Plans adapt to what you log and to the targets you set. Estimates such as calories, projected body composition and target dates are projections, not guarantees, and change as your data does. Coaching, meal recognition and other features are generated by AI and can be inaccurate or incomplete; use your own judgment.

4. Subscriptions

Power is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store, with a free trial for new members.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

5. Your content

Your logs, photos, measurements and messages stay yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process them to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with its operation, accessing other people’s accounts, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using it to build a competing product. The Power name, logo, app and content belong to TrueMatter, Inc.

7. Third-party services

Power can connect to Apple Health, Strava, Garmin Connect and other services you choose. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings in the app. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it in your Apple Account settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or abuse the Service.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, TrueMatter, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for injury arising from exercise or diet you undertake, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

10. Apple

If you downloaded Power from the App Store, these terms are between you and TrueMatter, Inc., not Apple, and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.

11. Changes

We will tell you in the app before these terms change in a way that affects you. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
